What FrameFlow currently captures

The current Instagram workflow samples the temporary source at a selected 0.5, 1, 2, 5, or 10-second interval. It produces candidates at those timestamps; it does not export every encoded source frame or guarantee that the sharpest instant falls on a sample.

Full HD output respects smaller sources and constrains larger images to the implemented output limit. The source may already contain Instagram compression, cropping, captions burned into the video, or motion blur that extraction cannot remove.

Check the result before reusing it

Open promising frames at full size and inspect eyes, hands, text, product edges, and fast movement. If a useful moment falls between samples, rerun with a shorter interval and compare the surrounding timestamps.

Keep only images you have permission to use. Player controls added by an app are avoided, but captions or graphics encoded into the actual video remain part of the extracted source frame.
