A focused, transparent video-frame tool

FrameFlow helps people save permitted public video sources and turn compatible videos into useful still images without pretending that every source, codec, or browser behaves the same way.

Why FrameFlow exists

Pausing a video and taking a screen capture can include player controls, window chrome, scaling, or a poorly timed moment. FrameFlow separates three common jobs: save an authorised public Instagram video, extract images from a public Instagram video, or process a local video in the browser.

The local workflow is the product’s privacy-first core. It uses browser video and canvas APIs so the selected local file is not submitted to the Instagram processing API.

How the product is checked

Published instructions are compared with the current FrameFlow interface and implementation before release. We check the available capture intervals, output formats, browser-side limits, temporary-file behaviour, error messages, and the separation between local and server processing.

Compatibility statements are deliberately qualified because a container such as MP4 or MOV can hold different codecs. When behaviour depends on the browser, device memory, Instagram, or another third party, the page says so rather than promising universal support.

How guidance is produced

Guides are written for a specific task such as choosing an interval, comparing image formats, building a storyboard, or diagnosing a failed extraction. They should add practical decisions and limitations beyond repeating keywords or rewriting another website.

Each guide carries a review date and identifies FrameFlow as the publisher. Substantive corrections update both the visible page and its structured metadata. Product claims are based on the implemented workflow; unsupported speed, usage, or quality claims are not published.

Our operating principles

Be honest about what the tool can and cannot do. Process the minimum data necessary. Delete temporary remote media quickly. Keep advertising separate from converter and download controls. Never support private-account bypassing. Publish focused guidance that helps someone complete a real workflow.

Security and privacy claims are scoped carefully: browser-local media processing does not mean the surrounding website makes no network requests. The Privacy Policy explains what the host and optional third-party services may still process.

Corrections and product feedback

If a guide is unclear, a browser behaves differently, or a product statement appears outdated, email hello@frameflows.in. Include the page, device, browser, and a non-sensitive description. Never send passwords, cookies, private-account credentials, or confidential media.
