Terms of Service

By using FrameFlow, you agree to these terms and remain responsible for the sources and outputs you choose to process.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or use FrameFlow with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. FrameFlow is not intended for anyone prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

Permission to process content

You retain responsibility for copyright, privacy, publicity, contract, and other rights. You grant FrameFlow a narrow, temporary permission to retrieve and process the submitted source solely to provide your requested output.

FrameFlow does not claim ownership of the source or generated frames. Possessing a public URL does not automatically grant permission to download, publish, sell, or redistribute its contents.

Prohibited uses

Do not bypass private-account controls, access unauthorised content, infringe rights, distribute malware, scrape the service, evade limits, automate abusive traffic, or use FrameFlow for unlawful surveillance or exploitation.

Do not submit passwords, session cookies, private-account credentials, access tokens, or other secrets. Do not represent that FrameFlow is affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

Free service and limits

FrameFlow is currently provided without charge and may be supported by advertising. File size, duration, frame count, rate, geographic, or availability limits may change to protect users and infrastructure.

Browser-local processing depends on your device, memory, browser, and installed codec support. Remote Instagram processing depends on third-party availability and the current production limits.

Temporary outputs

Remote source videos, frames, and ZIP files are normally scheduled for deletion within 30 minutes. Links can expire earlier because of errors, operational cleanup, or third-party changes.

FrameFlow is not a storage or backup service. Save authorised output promptly and retain the original source when it matters.

Availability and third-party platforms

Instagram and other third-party services may change or block delivery at any time. FrameFlow does not guarantee that every public URL will resolve, contain a compatible video, or remain available.

FrameFlow is independent from Instagram and Meta. Your use of a third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and technical restrictions.

Advertising

If advertising is approved and enabled, ads will be clearly labelled and kept separate from converter inputs, results, and download controls. You must not click ads to support FrameFlow, encourage others to click, or use automated or incentivised traffic.

Disclaimer and liability

FrameFlow is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, preservation of temporary files, universal codec support, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For other claims, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Suspension, changes, and contact

We may reject jobs, enforce limits, or suspend access that threatens the service or violates these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Questions may be sent to hello@frameflows.in.
