Copyright Policy
FrameFlow processes user-requested public links temporarily and does not grant users ownership or redistribution rights in source media.
Effective and last updated: 2 September 2026
User responsibility
Users determine whether they have permission or another lawful basis to download, transform, publish, or distribute media. A source being publicly viewable does not automatically remove copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, or platform restrictions.
Generated frames remain derived from the source. FrameFlow does not license third-party material or provide legal advice about fair use, quotation, education, criticism, or other exceptions.
Temporary processing
FrameFlow temporarily processes user-requested media and does not maintain a public library or searchable catalogue of downloaded posts. Remote job output is normally scheduled for deletion within 30 minutes.
A reported URL may no longer have associated output by the time a notice arrives. FrameFlow can still review abuse patterns, retained operational information, or future access where appropriate and legally permitted.
Submitting a report
Send reports to hello@frameflows.in. Include your full name and contact details; identification of the protected work; the Instagram or source URL and relevant FrameFlow details; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised; a statement that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised representative; and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We may request clarification, verify that the reported source or output remains available, preserve limited evidence where legally required, disable relevant access that still exists, and take appropriate action against repeated abuse.
False or misleading notices may create legal liability. Consider obtaining legal advice if you are uncertain whether the use is authorised or legally protected.
Counter-information and mistakes
If you believe a report identified the wrong source or you are authorised to use the material, contact hello@frameflows.in with the notice reference, a concise explanation, and supporting non-sensitive information. Do not send account passwords, cookies, or unnecessary personal records.
Repeat abuse
FrameFlow may restrict users, network sources, or request patterns associated with repeated credible infringement reports or attempts to evade technical and policy controls.
