Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted examples

Process videos you created or control. Process a public video when the owner gave permission or another lawful basis applies. Extract frames for authorised thumbnails, notes, research, storyboards, presentations, editing, documentation, or accessibility workflows.

Use the local browser tool when you already possess an authorised copy and want to avoid submitting that file to the Instagram processing API.

Access restrictions

Do not attempt to access private posts or bypass authentication, paywalls, age gates, geographic controls, rights-management systems, or other technical protections.

Do not submit passwords, browser cookies, session identifiers, private API credentials, or material obtained by compromising another account or device.

Harmful and unlawful material

Do not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, contractual, or other rights. Do not process child sexual exploitation material, intimate imagery without consent, violent extremist material, malware, stolen credentials, or other unlawful content.

Do not use FrameFlow to stalk, harass, identify, profile, or conduct unlawful surveillance of another person.

Service abuse

Do not use automated traffic to evade rate limits, overload infrastructure, manufacture advertising impressions, resell the service without permission, or interfere with other users.

Do not probe for vulnerabilities beyond good-faith, non-destructive testing coordinated through the security contact. Never access another user’s temporary job or publish an active vulnerability before remediation.

Enforcement

FrameFlow may reject or terminate requests, block abusive network sources, preserve limited security evidence where legally required, and cooperate with valid legal process.

Enforcement decisions may consider the source, request pattern, risk to others, applicable law, and the need to protect temporary infrastructure.
